The BenchMark Companies were formed in 1999 by founder Ric Bowman. The BenchMark Mission Statement was adopted at that time and remains at the core of our business philosophy today.
From the beginning, the goal was simple: provide service and information to customers and clients in one place, that previously, was only available from several different sources.
The answer was to train all our agents in mortgage origination as well as real estate.
This continues today. Besides our real estate training requirements, all our agents are licensed loan originators and are required to attend in-house mortgage training.
BenchMark is the only local real estate firm that reimburses agents when they acheive certifications and designations. We believe that our customers and clients reap the benefit of this training.
